Numerator: Number of surveyed persons of concern who report feeling safe or very safe in and around their place of residence

Denominator: Total number of persons of concern surveyed

Through a representative survey, respondents rate perceived safety on a defined scale; the percentage selecting 'safe' or 'very safe' is calculated over all valid respondents.

Formula: (Numerator ÷ Denominator) × 100
