Numerator: Number of children in case management showing a measured improvement in psychosocial wellbeing between baseline and follow-up assessment
Denominator: Total number of children in case management with both a baseline and follow-up wellbeing assessment
Apply a validated, age-appropriate psychosocial wellbeing or functioning scale at baseline and follow-up and count children whose score improves beyond a defined threshold.
Formula: (Numerator ÷ Denominator) × 100
