Numerator: Number of registered UASC reunified with family or placed in an appropriate alternative care arrangement during the period

Denominator: Total number of registered UASC in case management assessed as needing reunification or alternative care

Count UASC whose cases resulted in verified reunification or appropriate alternative care placement, over all UASC assessed as needing such a durable arrangement.

Formula: (Numerator ÷ Denominator) × 100
