Numerator: Number of personnel who completed PSEA/safeguarding induction training and signed the code of conduct during the period
Denominator: Total number of personnel (staff, volunteers, partners) required to complete PSEA training in the period
Count personnel with both completed PSEA training and a signed code of conduct on file, divided by all personnel required to complete it.
Formula: (Numerator ÷ Denominator) × 100
