Definition & calculation
Numerator: Number of scheduled MPCA transfers that reached recipients on or before the planned disbursement date (or within the agreed tolerance window)
Denominator: Total number of MPCA transfers scheduled for disbursement in the reporting period
Compare actual disbursement/collection dates against the planned schedule and calculate the share meeting the agreed timeframe.
Formula: (Numerator ÷ Denominator) × 100
