Numerator: Number of surveyed recipient households whose priority essential NFIs are observed or reported still functional and in regular use at follow-up
Denominator: Total number of NFI-recipient households surveyed at follow-up
At a defined interval after distribution, assess whether the agreed set of priority NFIs remains functional and in use; divide households meeting the threshold by all recipient households surveyed at follow-up, multiplied by 100.
Formula: (Numerator ÷ Denominator) × 100
