Definition & calculation
Count of unique individuals in assisted households who received at least one multi-purpose cash transfer during the reporting period, de-duplicated across cycles and modalities.
Means of verification
Distribution records, beneficiary management system (token/e-voucher/bank platform), de-duplicated registration database
Interpretation
Direction: Higher is better
Typical reporting frequency: Monthly or quarterly
Guidance & common pitfalls
Count each person once regardless of the number of transfers received; derive individuals from verified household size to avoid double-counting across distribution cycles. Absolute count — no numerator/denominator.
