Survey a representative sample of learners and caregivers and calculate the percentage reporting satisfaction with the education services received.
Formula: (Numerator ÷ Denominator) × 100

Accountability-to-affected-populations indicator. Keep it single-construct (satisfaction) to stay measurable; track awareness and actual use of the feedback/complaints mechanism as a separate, complementary indicator and triangulate self-reported satisfaction against feedback-mechanism records.
