Numerator: Number of scheduled transfer cycles delivered to beneficiaries within the planned delivery window
Denominator: Total number of transfer cycles planned in the reporting period
Divide the number of transfer cycles delivered within the agreed timeframe by the total number of planned cycles, expressed as a percentage.
Formula: (Numerator ÷ Denominator) × 100
