Definition & calculation
Numerator: Number of surveyed assisted people reporting they are satisfied or very satisfied with the assistance (quality, quantity, process and treatment)
Denominator: Total number of assisted people sampled and responding
Divide the number of respondents reporting satisfaction on a defined scale by the total number responding, expressed as a percentage.
Formula: (Numerator ÷ Denominator) × 100
