Definition & calculation
Numerator: Number of scheduled inter-agency site coordination meetings convened on their planned date (within the agreed tolerance) during the reporting period
Denominator: Total number of inter-agency site coordination meetings planned for the reporting period
Divide the number of coordination meetings convened on their scheduled date by the number planned per the coordination calendar and multiply by 100; a meeting counts as on schedule only if held within the agreed tolerance (e.g. same week).
Formula: (Numerator ÷ Denominator) × 100

Measures the reliability of the coordination process (timeliness of the workplan), not the quality or effectiveness of coordination; pair with an outcome measure. Do not count ad hoc or emergency meetings against the plan.
