Numerator: Number of staff and implementing-partner personnel who completed PSEA and code of conduct training in the reporting period
Denominator: Total number of staff and implementing-partner personnel required to complete the training
Divide personnel who completed the required training by all personnel required to complete it and multiply by 100.
Formula: (Numerator ÷ Denominator) × 100
Means of verification
Training attendance sheets, HR records, learning management system, partner reporting
Interpretation
Direction: Higher is better
Typical reporting frequency: Monthly or quarterly
Guidance & common pitfalls
Completion is an input to safeguarding, not proof of safe conduct; pair with signed codes of conduct, refresher schedules, and functioning SEA reporting pathways.
