Numerator: Number of surveyed affected people who report they were treated with dignity and respect by program staff and volunteers
Denominator: Total number of surveyed affected people who interacted with staff or volunteers
Self-reported measure of respectful treatment during interactions, expressed as a percentage of respondents who had contact with staff.
Formula: (Numerator ÷ Denominator) × 100
