Guidance & common pitfalls
A workplan-timeliness measure at the organisation's own delivery level, distinct from affected people's perception of timely assistance or coverage against the planned caseload. Track reasons for slippage to inform adaptive management.
This library is a curated reference to adapt, aligned generically with recognised humanitarian frameworks (Sphere, cluster registries, IASC, CHS and others). It is not an official indicator registry — always use the exact indicator definitions your donor or cluster requires.
