Definition & calculation
Numerator: Number of IYCF-E individual counselling and mother-to-mother support group sessions conducted on or before their scheduled date during the reporting period
Denominator: Total number of IYCF-E counselling and support group sessions planned in the activity workplan for the same period
Compare IYCF-E sessions actually delivered against those scheduled in the workplan for the period and calculate the percentage completed on time.
Formula: (Numerator ÷ Denominator) × 100

A workplan-completion/timeliness measure of delivery, not of caregiver behaviour change, so pair it with an IYCF practice outcome indicator; count a session only when it meets minimum quality and duration criteria.
