QFFD is the State of Qatar's international development provider, working on human development, poverty alleviation, health and education systems, economic development, humanitarian aid and climate resilience.
How to apply
QFFD operates an open Expression of Interest portal — one of the few Gulf funders with a published, continuously open application route.
EOIs are welcomed from duly constituted organizations, including international, national and local entities across multilateral, governmental, civil society and private sectors. Individuals are not eligible.

Practical note
QFFD funds through grants, concessional loans, guarantees and development investments — so the instrument is worth considering alongside the project design rather than defaulting to a grant request.
