Overview
The single point of publication for EU calls managed by DG INTPA, DG NEAR and other directorates-general, covering development cooperation, neighbourhood programmes, civil society and thematic instruments.
Using it well
- Register for a PIC (Participant Identification Code) before you need one. It is required to submit and it is not instant.
- Filter by Programme and Type of action — grants for actions are the relevant category for most NGOs.
- Most calls run a concept note stage followed by a full application for shortlisted applicants.
Practical note
Country-level calls are frequently published by EU Delegations rather than centrally. If you work in a specific country, check that Delegation's website in parallel with the portal.
Always confirm eligibility, amounts and deadlines on the donor's own page before applying.
